Having previously been convicted of a Refusal charge, the Accused was facing a minimum of 30 days in jail for operating a motor vehicle while impaired. He was sentenced to a $1,900 fine and the mandatory 1-year driving prohibition after Jason Malloy negotiated the sentence for him.
