The Accused was charged with Possessing Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 and possessing unmarked cigarette cartons. Police seized over $13,000 cash, cocaine, and suspected drug paraphernalia during a search of the Accused's residence. The Crown sought house arrest and forfeiture of the seized items.
